Ancient Temple of Angkor Wat - Wonder of the World

Angkor Wat is a temple or temple which is located in the city of Angkor, Cambodia. Ancient temple which is considered as one of the wonders of the world built by King Suryavarman II in the mid-12th century.

The temple was first established as a center of Hindu religion. The temple is dedicated to Vishnu. However, Angkor Wat has been converted into a Buddhist temple since the 13th century.

This temple was built in the classical style of Khmer architecture. Angkor Wat is Cambodia's national symbol and is also included on the national flag of Cambodia.

With its beauty and wonder, Angkor Wat become one of the attractions of tourists coming to this country.

UNESCO noted Angkor Wat temple as a World Heritage Site. Since then, more and more tourists visit this beautiful temple.
